Custom products
Personalized portraits, engraved tags, and made-to-order items are generally final sale after artwork approval, unless the item arrives damaged or has a production error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Customers should contact hello@pawzorapets.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds will be handled case by case.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.
