Custom guide

Custom Photo Guide

A strong photo helps our custom pieces feel personal, polished, and true to your pet. Use this guide before uploading photos for name tags, keepsakes, portraits, and other personalized products.

Best photo type

Choose a clear front-facing or three-quarter photo taken in natural light. The face should be sharp, the eyes visible, and the ears or head shape fully included. Photos taken at pet eye level usually create the most natural result.

Avoid these photos

Avoid dark rooms, motion blur, screenshots, heavy filters, strong shadows, photos where ears are cut off, and group photos where it is unclear which pet should be used.

Personal details

Check spelling carefully before submitting your pet name, phone number, or message. We will produce the item using the details approved with your order, including capitalization and punctuation.

Preview and approval

For artwork-based custom pieces, the final workflow may include a digital preview before production. Please review name spelling, finish, layout, and pet details carefully before approval.

Custom order returns

Personalized items are generally final sale after approval unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, contact hello@pawzorapets.com with your order number and clear photos.
